Background at the time of introduction |
■At our company, almost all work is carried out in Excel when creating budgets and managing actual results. There were issues with the number of man-hours required, progress management and accuracy. We decided to systemize in order to achieve structural business reform, such as reducing the complex and cumbersome processes and workloads using Excel and breaking away from the current situation where everything is dependent on a single person. ■As the organization expanded, we felt that there was a risk that we would not be able to instantly grasp the performance management situation, as the work was becoming more and more fragmented by function-based organization. We were looking for a way to raise the awareness of all employees, so that the management executives of all departments would take action with KPI in mind. |

Future developments | The budget preparation and actual results management work was complicated and we were overwhelmed with the task of compiling the data and creating the documents. But after introducing Sactona, we were able to respond to the requests of the frontline in more detail because we had more time to spare due to the reduction in working hours. In the future, we plan to expand the scope of EPM with Sactona. |
