Message from CEO
Enterprise performance management is about creating a compass for taking the next step.
Financial management, production management, sales management, human resources management, etc. are collectively referred to as enterprise performance management. I believe that by monitoring individual components such as prices and quantities, as well as non-financial information, which cannot be discerned from the profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements that companies usually compile using statutory accounting, we can gain an understanding of the true state of our companies and create a compass to guide us in taking the next step. I think that the success or failure of being able to find out what the most important information is, being able to grasp it accurately and in a timely manner, and being able to take action based on that information is important for the continuous growth of a business. The speed of change in the business environment surrounding companies is increasing. There are also indicators that need to be changed in line with this. In business management, once a system has been established, it is not good if it cannot be changed flexibly in response to such changes. In order to collect the figures, it is inevitable that work will be carried out on-site. We believe that it is also very important to minimize any resistance to this work on-site. Please use our product Sactona, which is flexible and highly variable, and can be operated using the Excel interface that everyone is familiar with, to achieve sophisticated management.
